National Review of Tele & Web counselling Services 2003

The Department of Health and Ageing (DHA) commissioned social research consultants, Urbis Keys Young, to conduct an independent national review of tele and web counselling services. The consultancy was conducted over a nine-month period from January to September 2002 and this report presents the review findings in detail.
